Definite LabsPhysique

Physique Privacy Policy.

Effective October 10, 2026

Physique is a workout-planning and logging app provided by Definite Labs Inc. This policy explains how information is handled when you use Physique, contact us for support, or visit this policy page.

1. Your training data stays on your device

Physique stores the information you enter locally on your device. This may include:

The app uses this information to display your history, calculate training targets and progress, and operate its workout features. Physique does not upload this training information or its local usage counts to Definite Labs servers. The current app does not require a Physique account and does not provide cloud sync or a developer-operated cloud backup.

2. Photos and notifications

You select individual photos using Apple’s photo picker. Physique stores resized copies on your device and removes the source photo metadata when creating those copies. Deleting a progress photo from Physique does not delete the original from your photo library.

If you allow notifications, Physique can schedule local rest-timer reminders. You can change notification permission in your device’s Settings.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes purchases, free trials, subscription renewals, and payments through the App Store. Physique uses Apple’s StoreKit to access purchase and subscription status, unlock paid features, and restore subscription access. We do not receive your payment card details from Apple.

Apple may provide sales reports and app diagnostics under its own services and your settings. Apple’s handling of information is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Restoring purchases restores subscription access, not locally stored workout history. Deleting app data or uninstalling Physique does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings.

4. Feedback and support

Submit Feedback opens your email app. Nothing is emailed unless you choose to send it. When you contact info@definitelabs.app, we receive your email address and whatever message, attachments, or other information you provide.

We use support correspondence to answer requests, investigate problems, and improve Physique. Our email service processes these messages to deliver and store them. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and related support, security, or legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of your correspondence.

5. Advertising, analytics, and sharing

Physique does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or a third-party analytics SDK. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers. The usage counts shown in the app remain on your device.

Information you send us for support may be handled by service providers working on our behalf, or disclosed if required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not have access to your locally stored training data unless you choose to send it to us.

6. Storage, backups, and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you remove them through the app or remove its stored data. Settings → Delete all data clears Physique’s locally stored training records and resets the profile. Device backups managed by Apple may contain app data, depending on your backup settings; those backups are managed separately through Apple.

Uninstalling the app or losing a device can result in loss of local workout history. Physique cannot recover that history from its own servers because it does not store a server copy. We use the device’s app storage and Apple’s purchase-verification tools, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. This website

This policy page is hosted by Netlify. Delivering and securing the website may involve processing technical request information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. This page does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or sign-up forms. For information about the hosting provider, see Netlify’s Privacy Statement.

8. Your privacy choices

You can choose what information to enter, leave your profile name blank, remove local records, and change device permissions. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of personal information we hold. Contact us to exercise those rights. We cannot retrieve records stored only on your device.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Physique changes. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice where required. If we introduce accounts or cloud features, we will explain their data practices before you use them.

For privacy questions or requests, contact Definite Labs Inc. at info@definitelabs.app.
